Pricing questions
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted or locked. You can still open, copy and export every item. You just can't add more than 5 items until you renew.
Can I get a refund?
No. You can cancel any time on your account page, and the licence keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a grace period?
Yes. Each licence keeps working for 14 days after the paid period ends.
Do I pay per device?
No. One licence covers all your devices and apps.
Do the CLI and SDKs cost extra?
No. Scripts and pipelines talk to your own server and are included in the plan. There is no usage billing.
Does my server need to reach you to keep working?
No. The licence is checked on your server, offline. Your vault keeps working even if our website is down.
Is there a family or team plan?
No. SoloSecretsManager is made for one person.
