Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and AiDigiApps, a sole proprietorship of Mahesh Shinde in India ("we", "us"). They cover the SoloSecretsManager apps, the server software, this website and licences you buy here (together, "the service"). By using the service or buying a licence you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy a licence.

2. The service

SoloSecretsManager stores your passwords, 2FA codes, passkeys and other secrets, encrypted on your devices. Your vault lives on a server you run in your own cloud account, or one we host for you. The apps are available from Google Play, the Apple App Store and this website.

3. Your keys, your responsibility

Only your devices hold the keys to your vault. That is what keeps it private, and it also means:

• Keep your master password and your Emergency Kit safe. If you lose both your devices and your Emergency Kit, nobody can open your vault, not even us.
• If you run your own server, you are responsible for running it, keeping it up to date and backing it up.
• Keep your own export or backup of anything you can't afford to lose.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Don't attack, overload or try to break into our systems or other people's servers, don't remove licence checks, and don't resell or share a licence. You may not reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it. The SDKs are open source under the Apache 2.0 licence and follow that licence instead.

5. Free plan and licences

• Free plan: every feature, up to 5 items in your vault.
• Licence: unlimited items for one server. A licence is personal to you and tied to your server's ID. You can move it to another server up to 3 times on your account page.
• The software is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not given to you in these terms.

6. Prices and payment

• A licence is a subscription: $5 a month, $15 every 3 months or $60 a year, as shown on the Pricing page.
• Customers in India pay the same price in rupees through Razorpay. Everyone else pays through Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record for that sale and also applies its own terms. Taxes are added where the law requires.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Each paid period gives you a new licence file, valid for that period plus 14 days.
• If a payment fails, the payment service tries again. If it still fails, your licence is not renewed.
• If we change prices, we tell you at least 30 days before; the new price applies from your next renewal.

7. Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time on your account page. Nothing more is charged.
• We don't give refunds, including for partly used periods.
• After you cancel, your licence keeps working until it expires. Then your vault returns to the free plan: nothing is deleted, you can still open, copy and export every item, but you can't add more than 5 items until you buy a licence again.
• You can change how often you pay on your account page; it applies from your next renewal.

8. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the service and this website running, but we don't promise they will always be available or free of errors. A server you run yourself keeps working offline, even if this website is down. Support is by email at support@aidigiapps.com.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including that it is fit for a particular purpose or will never lose data.

10. Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Intellectual property

SoloSecretsManager, its software, design and this website belong to AiDigiApps. Your vault and everything in it belong to you; we claim no rights in it.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end a licence that is used against these terms, for example when it is shared or resold; if we do, we tell you why. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11 and 14 continue after the agreement ends.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and, for important changes, email licence holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please email us first so we can try to sort out any problem. If we can't, the courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
